What defines a Morami landscape? Hopefully, nothing. We are not in the business of branding living things with a signature. Rather, we are participants in an ongoing process to study, incubate, nurture and restore.

Like raising children, we foster gardens with deep roots and strong connections. These are resilient, thriving, contributing members of the community who will weather droughts and savor sunshine long after our time together is done.

We are historians and futurists. A site is made up of elements that have either been there all along or that are naturalized to be there -- quietly sustaining, powerfully restoring -- for generations to come.
